Zeiss thread ring (VIC)

I have a zeiss lens wanting to mount in tube - it has a thread about 80m diameter and 5thread = 3mm, does anyone know a place near Melb i can get a ring made up to screw onto the lens i can then stick to my tube?

He's not in Melbourne, but, you might want to try Steve Mogg. I think he does all that kind of stuff.
