e6 6 pro problem need help

Ok I have had everything running smoothly and perfect for ages now and it seem I have a gremlin that just ruined everything.

for some reason when I push a button to move the mount it won't stop, for about 5 seconds and the hand controller freezes up, But once it does this it is ok to work like is normally does but only in that direction, soon as you push another one it'll do the same, what is the reset button to get it back the way when it worked.

While I was doing some test shots I hit the power cord and the mount went off during autoguiding since then it does this, obviously related.

any help will do. I looked at the backlash settings and I think they are the same as when I got it.

I'm going to update the firmware and see if that fixes the problem, my gues is as it was being auto guided it lost power and messed up the hand controller.

Lets hope it works, just need to be able to connect it to a computer.

Sorry, your post isn't clear to me whether you have tried resetting the HC to factory defaults.

my v2 did this after trying to load v3 into it:P.reset to fac default fixed it

I'm upgrading it to the latest version and I'll see if that fixes it
