heh, the prelude to the solar eclipse.
it just shows that the alignement is very good, so much so that even t weeks before the solar eclipse, the earth and moon are lined up quite well.

from what I read, I doubt it, as it barely even grazed the shadow.

Yep, that's right, invisible to the naked eye. :thumbsup:
NASA's Eclipse Web Site said:
"July's penumbral eclipse is only of academic interest since the magnitude is just 0.156.... the eclipse is so minor as to be completely invisible to the naked eye."
