6min lagoon

I shot this image the other night in between raging clouds and rain after 2 hrs lots of shots of cloud and not too many good shots of anything i thought i would stack what data i had 3 x2min shots of the lagoon .to my amazment it did not come out to bad 2 darks 2flats 2 bias tweeked in PS.at least it gave me something to play with in this lousy weather.

Maaate! for 3x2min subs thats fantastic! :) I'd be stoked with that result... Its so smooth, deep and detailed for only 6 minutes..

Excellent 6min Alan. And kudos to you to get 6 min in this weather. :thumbsup: I got 5min on RhoPh Friday evening then had to pack up under the rain... cursing I might add :whistle: Still pretty p**ed off about it.

I'd be over the moon with such a great image for such a short time Alan! Is that using a modded 20D? Really shows off the extra H2 sensitivity....:thumbsup:

Thanks everyone i think the break in the clould and rain for a short time produced some good seeing,shear luck
RobF yes that was using the mod 20D it is a lovely camera i love using it
