True. But then again so do all creatures, not just the cute, cuddlie, beautiful or facinating. Even the leach that bit me last week deserves protection - as a species anyway; if I had caught the individual in the act it would have been an ex-leach.

Nick, there are a number of members on this site who post items from different websites and publications.
Some who come to mind are, Al(sheeny) Nature and other science publications.
Glen,(Glenc) many publications including the BBC, myself BBC,ABC and ESO,ESA and NASA and any other site that I find things that I think might be of interest to members on this site:).
Other people add information from Space weather, and Sky&telescope and other interesting websites:thumbsup:
