Not in the class of Barry's wonderful photo, but will post anyway.:P
Taken from Westerway Towers Caloundra, the tallest building in Caloundra on Queensland's Sunshine Coast.
I was crouched down trying to shoot through a small opening in the window as it wouldn't open very wide:mad2:

Nice one Ron.
I like that you can see the shower that is creating the rainbow.
How's your knees after the crouching?

Awwww...shucks Ron, that's awfully nice of you mate.
As a night/astrophotographer, something I used to get picked up on a lot was horizons in my daytime photo's. On the photography forums people are constantly whipped for it. We night guys generally don't have to worry about it and tend to forget while we concentrate on the subject we are shooting. I got picked for one that was 3 degrees out once!
Did the rainbow develop more or did it disappear after that?
Baz.

Thanks Jeanette, the knees pulled up ok but needed assistance to regaining my feet:P
Thanks also Barry, I know where you are coming from with picky photo's:rolleyes: unfortunately it petered out as it got closer to shore:(
It was lying on the water in the end, quite beautiful:) but not shown to best effect by my photo.
