I just happened to take my flu bugs away from the general population today. I have been stuck in the house for ten days now.

I went out for a drive in the fresh air and stopped for some photo's along the way. As it happened, I arrived at the Dam out at Corin at the perfect time. The rainbow was only there for about 3 minutes and then disappeared.

I used Canon Photostitch to join all the panned pictures (4) together and make one wide angle landscape.

There were a few join lines as a result, so I used the blur tool in PSE6 to fix.

I had a couple of goes at it and tried a variation on framing.

I couldn't think of anything else to call it. The reflection makes it look like a bubble or window to another dimension, perhaps a glimpse into the future of some distant domed city or shield....the imagination can run wild with scenes like this.

How often would you get a chance to capture something like that?
It's beautiful Barry!

Pretty amazing image Barry,

And a double rainbow to boot.
The bubble effect is really quite unique and just so effective.

Cheers
