Knowing that drought breaking weather can usually explained by a telescope purchase, so, who bought the obviously large new scope?
Not sure who else bought something,David, but Outbackmanyep said he bought a new eyepiece. ;);)

Hey People, :):D
Er, aah, I din't 'fess up earlier. I made a little purchase.:D Just a smallish one.
Six eye pieces. :D
It seems the weather gods targetted here more so than other areas.
We had 396mm of rain. The backyard (2 acres) is still a little waterlogged.
So I've served my penance.
Cheers Marty
Marty, Marty, Marty ... you knew 6 was too many!!!!!!! = :rain:
ha, I bought my scope when it was raining, I'm in the clear, and by that I mean cloud.
but I did down grade aperture so does that help.

You might have to change hobbies for a while and take up wood turning. It'd be a shame to waste all that good timber.
