I've finally got you, not a great one of you, but my first effort.

Very low still and lots of atmosphere and jetstream not helping.

Shot with toucam at prime focus, chuck the lot in registax and stacked away.

After having adjusted my secondary, focus not quite there at prime focus.

Looking thru eyepiece, did not even think about moons, but there one is Titan!!!

Beautiful planet!

and how bright and changing is sirius???

Dave, the thumbnail doesn't work

Could you post a bigger pic:thumbsup:

The size as shown was how big it was. No Barlow etc etc. It is pretty small to start with, so i think the forum software does make it bigger unless i have posted a larger piccie.

I will enlarge and re post, but quality will be lousy!

Looks just like mine did when I started! Nice work Dave.

Dave wrote... Looks like a good dose of focus would be the cheapest and best improvement.
 Good start though Dave, infinitely better than mine.... I haven't even tried yet. :ashamed:

Here you go Davo.. Still miles too low for decent visual let alone photography! Focus is a secondary issue at this stage!!

Hey it's a start, look at things like collimation and focus and the tips I gave you for imaging. Do a search of my Jupiter shots and select the better settings and apply these to Jupiter.

I like to see people progress, ask EXFSO, his work has progressed. I got plenty of time to help those who want it. Keep em coming.

Oh No! all the colour has fallen out of Saturn!!! Quick call NASA and get them to send up a rescue mission to put all the colour back.

Rumples, has it cleared there? it has here but unfortunately the seeing is about 4/10 so I'm not even going to bother setting up. It's damn freezing here in any case.
