We did plan on having a nite of observing and he was going to teach me how to stop waltzing around the back yard with my scope :lol::lol:
But the dam clouds were not so kind to us :doh::mad2:
We had a good gasbag anyway hehe ;)

I dropped in on TrevorW a couple of weeks ago to check out his new GSO RC 8". Nice bit of kit I must say. We played lets collimate the beast and even had a little success in doing so:).

I met a fellow IIS member at work a couple of weeks ago, sold him a hard-case to store some imaging gear in*. He seems to keep pretty much to himself(as do I)... but, he's only got his post count into the low double-digits in the three years he's been a member!

Actually, I've met a few people at work that visit IIS, tho only the above is a confirmed member, I think the rest are unregistered lurkers.

*The hard-case and imaging gear have since made an appearance in the For Sale section ;)
