This is my secound image with the new arrival I aqquired a couple of weeks ago the Tak FSQ106N, I managed to grab 33 x 5 mins ISO 800 with my Canon 40D. I am going to build on this number hopefully tonight, I also have to take some dark frames but this is what I have so far enjoy

Looks good to me Les, are you using a field flattener with the Tak? Some of the stars look a bit elongated towards the edges of the frame. Pretty good detail there too. I'll leave the more in depth imaging comments to those with much better knowledge & experience ;-)

Thanks Dave,
They do Not make a field Flattner for this scope, the polar alignment could be better I think

Quite possible, I'm still a newbie with limited imaging experience, and it seems I keep mistaking a flat field for tracking, etc. I presume tracking issues will cause field rotation, which can look like not having a flat field guys?
