Yes, it called a Rigel Quickfinder. Stands upright rather than lying down, but still has the same bullseye. Don't know who is selling them now, but you could do a search with the name.

Hi Trevor,
Yes, there are a couple of other varieties which a shorter. Check out the York and Bintel on-line sites.
It wasn't until I saw your post that I thought to check the size of the Telrad. I was considering getting one.
An internet search gave the Telrad’s weight at 11 ounces (about 300 grams) including the base.
The dimensions of the Telrad are:
Length 21.3 cm
Width: 4.7 cm
Height: 12.7cm (on Base)
The body of the Nexstar 6SE between the end rings (20.3cm) is 1 cm too short. Damn!

I believe there is an attachment for the Telrad which flips into place. In the mean time, try a dental mirror attached to the back of your red-dot finder. You can pick one up from your local pharmacy for a few dollars. Alternatively, get hold of a small mirror from a powder puff compact or lipstick holder (ask your wife/girlfriend/? ) and using a spring slip and a little engineering skill, make an attachment to your finder.

I'm glad you asked the question Trevor. It saved me having to ask it.

I was looking at this site and thought that's not going to fit on my 12" FlexTube Dob.
