Hi,
Could you please confirm if this is a Barlow or a Powermate?
It seems that the Barlows only come in 2x and 3x magn.
Also, does the price includes delivery in Aust.?

This is a Barlow, not a Powermate.
Price is ex-Melbourne. I arrive back mid June.
