Erupting Solar AR -animation

From the 1st May. My first attempt at animation. Coments and help appreciated.
12 Images ( each 500frame AVI thru Registax) covering 9:40am through to 12:17pm.
Problem: the file is 750Kb (compressed and the site limit is 200Kb)
If there's a way around this limit let me know, otherwise drop me a PM or email and I'll send a copy.....
- Managed to reduce the image to 160 x180 pixel and meet the limits! You need to click on it to see the proper image!

You can upload files like this to the IIS FTP site. Whenever I do a long animation of Saturn thats what I do. There are instructions on how to do it on the IIS home page.
Having uploaded your file, you just include a link in your post to the IIS FTP site.

When I finish cleaning up the sequence ( and a couple of Proms) I'll use the FTP....
