I'll watch this thread with some interest....
Never thought it would be so difficult to go and see the stars.
Getting a bit annoyed here...., mostly at the weather.

If its clear I am in. I can be in tomorrow night or any other bloody night as long as the conditions are good. I do not want to be the bad news bearer but the following weekend does not look that good for the entire eastern AU.
But I could be reading the weather wrong... hope I am.

Yea Geoff!

I wouldn't mind going up tomorrow night either but I set up at home tonight for the first time in 3 weeks and its blowing a gale. Not a cloud in the sky but another night of frustration.
Tomorrow unfortunately looks just as bad.
I wish I could find some shelter from the wind.

I'm still up for tonight if it clears up.

It took me ages to dismantle my gear and put it in the car for the first time! The drive up through the rain was horrible, too! This weather better clear up and make it worth my petrol! :P

I may be able to stretch the marriage enough to get away for a night at the PC on saturday...as I have had some sympathy sent my way about the SPSP from my lovely wife.

Fingers crossed....

Well, it's a toss up between Honeysuckle Creek (and surrounds) camping lonely by myself, or, a 4-5 hour drive up to the Pony Club.

Twist my arm.

I'm dying to give my G-11 (I finally received the tripod legs a couple of weeks ago whilst in New Zealand) and ZSFD80 a go.

Humayun

I am going to the races on Saturday for a client function - not sure when I will be back. I might have been a starter for Friday night....but sounds like the consensus is for a Saturday night. Hope you guys have a clear night, and I'll see if I can make it!! I am busting to try out the new 31 Nagler I purchased at SPSP.
