unfortunetly Richard Pratt has just died at his home in Melbourne.
all Carlton supporters will be saddened by his passing remembering the love he had for Carlton and the support he gave to it.

Was very sad to hear this last night - though it wasn't unexpected.

A great and humble man who was happy to chat to anyone; he and his family have supported many worthy causes - unfortunately his reputation was tarnished more recently.

Carlton fans everywhere will never forget the work he did in resurrecting the club - we would probably be playing out of the Gold Coast if it wasn't for his efforts. Glad we were able to send him off with a win.
