I've got some high cloud floating over and it's making for a wonderful Moon halo.

It's a full 360 degree ring with even a rainbow effect around the edges.

Cheers

Yep, we have showers today as well, should add a few hundred litres to the watertank.

As everyone says "you don't mind the clouds so long as you get some rain with it.

Cheers

gloom and depression here (just another melbourne autumn).

What's funny is that the gloom and depression arrived just in time for full moon. New moon was completely clear but ruined by the &%$&*@#%^*&% DSE and their burnoffs :(

Hey, the RFS have been doing hazard control around here too...rather too hazy in the evenings for my liking!

BUT haze I can live with if it decreases chances of bushfire in these parts.

Alas our tanks are only half full ( NOT half empty) so bring on the rain ..please....it stopped after only about ten minutes so I gusss it doesn't really count.

^^ The cloud and cold here in Melbourne (as opposed to the sunny 24 degrees forecasted - ofcourse :mad2: ) combined with the burnoff smoke made it feel and look like a WWII era polluted Soviet hellhole in mid-winter...(although Melbourne looks like this on 99% of Autumn, winter and spring days).

Good thing it's a full moon, otherwise I would've busted a nerve or two for sure.
