That is a fantastic image Louie,
Is there any chance we can use it on our outreach program, on Saturday nights, at our observatory in the Cederberg Mountains?

Excellent shot. As a suggestion - a slight play (10 secs) with photoshop levels to clip the sky glow makes this look absolutely stunning!

Hey Louie, how did I miss commenting on this..?
Because it is imaged so much, it is rare to see Omega Cen in a new light, great work! Excellent and well delineated variation in star colours gives it the unique look I am talking about. The golden stars look quite seperate form the blue and red like they are hovering in front of the main ball.
Nice work

I'm just blown away from the colours in the stars - how did you manage that? When I shoot I get nowhere near that diversity in star colours!
