The Green OSG gave me a whisper of where to get one.
According to her there's some stock in the second hand shops and at bargain prices. Still brand new unused and in the original wrappers.
NASA had excess stock. But the mirrors need to be modified for glass to space refractive index. Second hand stores stock was manufactured to glass to air refractive index.
Shouldn't be too hard as astronauts performed the modification in space some years ago.
