In reading the many articles and posts on IIS, I am reminded just how much amateurs contribute to astronomy. I would like to thank Mike and IIS for the opportunity to share my research and results (article Star Lineups).
The amusing thing is that I was rather skeptical of some my own results and actually took a metre rule out to check the stars did actually line up in the sky. To an observer, I must have looked an odd sight!
Regards, Rob Horvat.

Fascinating article! Who knew there were so many star line-ups! It must have taken some hours and hours to compile such statistics and compute the results. Great diagrams and map also, very accurate! Well done!
