I was impressed by your images of the International Space Station.
Now Laurent has captured the Space Shuttle before re-entry. Just amazing what amateur astronomers are doing today.

No! That's better that what NASA broardcasts. I watched the re-entry and landing live on NASA-TV and all they showed was a graphic and shots of the Control Center during that stage of re-entry. Infact, it was that boring, I spent my time reading Mike's article on "Astrophotography with a Dob (http://www.iceinspace.com.au/forum/../63-201-0-0-1-0.html)".

There wasn't a lot of radio communication between the shuttle and NASA either.
