Life Found On Mars !!!

NASA has just released news and images
that they have finally found life on
Mars!

This life-form akin to bacteria was found using the lens of the Spirit rover.
One of the images is at the official NASA Site.

No doubt we will be hearing all about it sometime today.

They describe;
"The image shows extremely tiny tubular structures that are possible microscopic bacteria-like organisms that have probably lived on Mars for more than 3.6 billion years. A NASA research team found organic features characteristic of biological activity inside of an ancient Martian rock. The largest possible bacteria are less than 1/100th the diameter of a human hair."

There is another forum (of which I am not a member) are running a thread about a SETI signal.

It was forwarded just before midnight last night... but after DST :). I just noted that the date and time at the bottom of the forward quotes the time anf date 6:45 April 1st UT. Check my maths, but won't that time occur in over 5 hours:shrug:

Good on ya' Enchilada. I like the cleverness of an April fool gag where ya' lead the victims to think that it is a joke. BUT it ain't. I was aware of the info from the mid 90's but I thought maybe there was some new stuff.;). Good entertaining stuff.
