Four legged friend

Hey peoples :hi:

Broke out the camera today to take a few practice shots.
As a complete photographic noob (still using full auto):ashamed: you'll have to excuse the many faults, just thought I'd share a few shots of my best mate 'Talon'.
The plant pot is one of his many toys. he likes to stick his head in it, throw it in the air and catch it...oh and he also spends a fair bit of time lounging in the pool.

Just love this little guy, very smart with loads of character & as they say...mans best friend.

Nothing wrong with using the Auto setting.
How else are you going to capture those spontaneous moments?
The 3rd piccy is my fav.

Love Dobes, have had two of them, a really intelligent and faithful companion. Really upset me when our last one, Sarge, died.

Hi Jeanette, yeah #3 is a good action shot, I nailed the timing but missed the FOV...next time.

Trevor I know what you mean, such personalities they're damn near human, it's like loosing a family member.
This little bugger's only 2.5 yrs old so plenty of life left in him yet.
