Lots of feral melbourne cloud here, but tonight was never intended to be an observing session, everything looked aweful.

After 4 black cruisers and an Elevate alchoholic energy drink, I am still in control of myself :( I need to expand my alcholic horizons.

Checked all the gear for a weekend session yesterday. Put the 10" dob in the garden and set up the laptop and webcam for a test run. 1 hour later, clouds rolled in before sunset. :( Hope you guys over east are having better luck.
