setting up a skywatcher150

recently purchase a skywatcher 150 sky with the HEQ5 pro go-to
need help in setting up cant seem to get it right
am in the ligthow region anyone know who i can contact in this area
have it sitting in garage and cant use in correctly until get it set up tks
