G'day all,

I'm having great trouble getting in contact with RoboFocus (Technical Innovations) regarding a problem I have with my RoboFocus unit.

I have emailed them and failing that have decided to fax them.

But, how do I fax them from AU ?!?! :help:

Their website lists their fax number as: 1-302-977-1106

I have translated this in to the following attempts from here in australia:
0011 1 1 302 977 1106
0011 1 302 977 1106
0015 1 1 302 977 1106
0015 1 302 977 1106

... none of which connect.

Anyone got any ideas?? :help:

Thanks!

...do people still fax? I think the 0011 1 302 is correct but there is (was?) an international phone issues number you could ring in the phone book, try asking them.
Roger
try 1225 and ask them to be sure

Fax? What the dickens is that? LOL.
I would e mail them, using the e mail addresses on their site (just looked), and if that doesn't work, use their online form.
I could be wrong but thought the "1" number was a free-phone number and likely this won't work from Oz.

0011 1 302 977 1106 will do the trick. ;)

0011 is the international access prefix for dialing out of Australia.
1 is the country code for all of North America.
302 is the area code and the rest is the number.

You can also use the 0015 prefix instead of 0011. 0015 was originally
recommended for fax transmissions but 0011 works fine.

Best Regards

 Just call Jerry at TI. He's pretty responsive (normally). When I fried the RF controller, they shipped one out as I was shipping mine back. "A" grade service.

Thanks everyone..

I have tried the email addresses and form submit without any response for over a week now.

I might have to ring soon..

I agree fax is out dated but it sure beats snail mail!

Roger.

Just dial 0011 1 302 977 1106 to get the fax going - though outmoded it will be proof of transmittal of intended communications in case of future disputes!
