Conditions last night were excellent, so used it to image Vela SNR.
9x10 mins iso 400. Modded 350D, LPS filter, MPCC coma corrector. "Cometracker" Meade 6 inch f3.6 SN.

Excellent work Scott. Incredible details and great colour balance to bring out the subtle OIII regions. Thanks for sharing.

I have to agree with Gary and Jase, this is fantastic and a couple of satellite trails at no extra cost just to add even more character.

Lovely delicate detail and subtle colour, a really nice wide field rendition of some of the structure in this region.

The hard part is working out how to compose the image, is sure is a complex area of sky to image :)
