I have created a table with all the spring equinoxes from year 1 to 4000.

Well done! What program produced the output (or did you write it)?
In the Southern Hemisphere (in Australia) in March it is actually Autumn.
To eliminate the Northern Hemisphere bias this is often now called the March Equinox.

Yes, the March Equinox is also known traditionally in the Northern Hemisphere as the Vernal Equinox (Spring Equinox) and the September Equinox as the Autumnal Equinox. The word vernal means "of or occurring in Spring".
The seasons are reversed in the Southern Hemisphere. Hence, instead of Spring Equinox the preferred use of March Equinox.
