Hi,
seeing tonight was very steady, so despite the near full moon,
I had another go at Centaurus A.
400 frames but only 167 of the very clearest ones in this stack.
Apart from the shocker dust bunny, my best 5128 ever. :)

nice pic, certainly a decent effort during full moon conditions.

This may sound like a silly newbie question because it is...
How did they get the name "dust bunnies"?
It's just to me that one looks more like a chubby wombat :)
Steve, always impressed with what you can get from 5 sec exposures.

Very nice Steve, there's a lot of detail in the dust lane.
A fantastic job with a near full moon over your shoulder.
Cheers

Thanks guys for the comments,
the seeing was pretty good up until about 2am.
I swung over to Saturn to try a webcam/EP projection run on that but
it had deteriorated.
I thought it would probably mess something up trying for RGB
on a near full moon night so went to bed.
