While I'm waiting for the skies to clear in order to try my new narrow band filter set, I have been re-aranging my web page images a bit so they are in albums now with each album containing a selection of framings and crops of each object. Along the way I created a few more repros, perspectives and close up crops of earlier images that some may find interesting? You will find links to the full frame images are under each crop:

Great shots Mike.

Your flagship image is the Centaurus A masterpiece.

There's a formula there. A bright galaxy and invest 3 clear nights on the same object.

Hard to do isn't it? At least for me it is. The itch is to image a few objects as 3 clear nights are precious. Also sometimes a long time spent on one object may not turn out that great anyway.

Greg.

Thanks so much Greg :)
I have to agree with you, exposure is the key

and yes, when you are portable and cherish every clear night as if it will be the last, it is a hard call to gamble on spending so much time on one target, there is plenty of self inflicted pressure to make the most of the weather and image a few things instead.

You have been a busy boy.

Hope the weather gets better for you and I hope the smoke clears from here.

Nice images Mike.

Hey man! I know I've seen a few of these before but they are are so excellent that I can look at them over and over. That CG4 and Centaurus A are my favorites!!!
