Hi All,

A very interesting development -- ultra short-wave gamma-rays "slower" than their lower energy bretheren?

http://www.skyandtelescope.com/news/home/39867717.html

Points the way to a unified theory? Or do the highest energy photons somehow have to travel a little further than their lower energy counterparts in crossing the Universe?

Interesting to see what comes of this.

Very interesting....should be interesting to see the results later on down the track, once they've observed a few more GRB's.

I totally agree.. very cool theory.. but if its based on the observations of only one event (distant gamma-ray burst) it might be bit early to get to excited... bring on the (very, very distant!!) GRB's
