Hi Guys, thought i just might let you know in advance. :)
Alice, myself and our dog, Teeko, :rundog:(well, he is not really a dog), a toy poodle, plus car, and caravan will be boarding the Spirit of Tasmania, and touring around for two weeks.:cool::party::party:
We have never been there, and are very excited, :D:D:D the van is packed, and we leave Sunday morning at 9am from Station Pier in Melbourne, so have to leave Ballarat at about 6am, but that is all cool, I have been up later than that imaging.
Ok, Ok no clapping and big sighs of relief, I WILL BE BACK :lol::lol:

Hi Leon,
Have a great trip, be very keen to hear how it all goes as my wife and I have been talking about doing the same thing.

Hi Leon,
Hmmm ... I was thinking the same thing as Jen and immediately started wondering what had happened to prompt the decision. Happily I see it is not forever ...
Hope you have a great time. Tassie is on my "must see" list and will get there in a few years.
All the best,
Les D

Leon, Glad to see you spell as well as me. Goodbuy - Goodbye.
Have a great trip. It is a wonderful and very different part of Australia. Watch out for the wildlife and I don't mean Tasmanians and no jumping fences to pick the poppies.

Do yourselves a favor Leon, make sure you go to Freycinet Lodge in Coles Bay.
Ask for the Tasmanian Atlantic Salmon and vegetables, with a local Chardonnay. Follow up with a hot sticky-date pudding and their recommended house desert wine.
OH WOW!!!
That was six years ago and I still remember it!
Baz.
Have a safe trip Leon, and I agree with Trevor, get a box of cigars mate and enjoy the night sky sitting by the campfire.
Don't forget to get some photos.
Baz that sounds like a top idea, Alice just loves sticky date pudding, she has even one a few occasions forgone the main and ordered that instead.
Thanks Andrew, which ever way I look at it, I think it will be a great experience, and the Cameras are loaded and ready.;)
Leon
