Hi Terry,

Not sure if you were aware but plans for making this chair, and a "how I did it" article, are available in the projects section of this website. i think it is called the "denvers observers chair"
I am hoping to have a crack at making one this week, though to keep costs down I will be using recycled bits of timber and rubber I have around the house. So it will probably look a little different!

I have to say his version does look good though!

Just came across this thread.

No affliation, but I have known Alex for over 40 years, since we trained together in the same profession (not wood work).

I have seen his work first hand and it is better than the photos suggest - the precission and finish are to master craftsman standard.

If you want a work of art for your lounge room, this would be it!

As a seat for a star party, you may want to put a guard on it ;)
