Hi all,
This as an animation from this morning of 5 R channel images. Each image is the best 700 of 2000 frames.
There is an inner moon transit just Nth of the ring plane, a shadow transit just Sth of the ring plane, I suspect from the transiting moon. The shadow leads the moon by about 10 degrees.
Trailing the shadow by about 5 degrees at lat 35 Sth is a storm.
The storm is difficult to see. It is best to try and ignore the shadow and concentrate on 35 Sth, when you pick out the storm, it becomes obvious.
Hope the link works.
