UV Venus

I have had some really bad skies lately - just no seeing right now. I'm messing around with a UV filter so here's the best one of Venus so far...

Nice one Dave, some good cloud top detail there.

Don't forget to take an RGB run as well to make a false-colour composite.

Some nice detail in there Dave. Was this using a Baader Venus U-filter?

Good question. It's actually the UVenus filter by Astrodon. Still don't know if I'll get anything better but I did another URGB image today...
