Alas, my wife reminds me that I always seem to buy so much more astronomy stuff than I sell, so I'm determined to show her I'm serious about making a concerted effort to recoup some of the expended hard earned .... that's right, to buy more astronomy stuff.
:party::cheers::cool::lol:

I now have the following unused items for sale.

1. GSO 5x apochromatic barlow
Used for planetary imaging last year (planetary cameras now sold).
Branded as "Smart Astronomy" (US retailer of GSO eyepieces & accessories)
No longer being used ... now focusing on DSOs.
sell $40 (plus $5 postage within Aust). - SOLD

2. Phottix Battery Grip for Canon 450D DSLR
Screws onto bottom of camera to provide power throughout extended imaging sessions
Includes 2 new batteries to suit 450D
Also includes cartridge to optionally use 6 x AA batteries
Not being used, as I also have 240V AC and 12V DC power supplies for my 450D
sell $60 (plus $5 registered postage within Aust).

3. ED80 Focuser
No longer needed due to my decadent upgrade to a W.O. 10:1 focuser
sell $30 (plus $10 postage within Aust). - SOLD

4. B+W 58mm 486 Digital UV/IR Blocking Filter 486
Purchased for daytime photography with my "modded" Canon 450D.
Rejects IR to return white balance to normal levels for "Auto Mode" standard photography.
See details here: http://www.schneiderkreuznach.com/tipps/uv-ir_cut_filter.htm
Seldom used since July pilgrimage to Disneyland with the family, as I tend to only use my 450D for astrophotography. Also no longer need white balance cap which I used to manually set "custom white balance".
New price for filter at Madsens is $167.65 plus shipping
sell $100 (plus $5 registered postage within Aust).

5. Eyepiece Projection Adapter
Holds a standard 1.25" eyepiece for planetary photography through the eyepiece
Provides a cheap alternative for planetary photography (eg. with 10mm eyepiece)
Screws onto a DSLR T-Adaptor
sell $10 (plus $5 postage within Aust). - SOLD

Send a PM if interested in any of the above.

Cheers,
Jeff
