Hello I shot this on the 1/1/2009.ISO 800.JPG format.Exposure time 475 secs.The camera was a 350D with Tamron 500x72 lens set at F/8.The camera had its intertnal Noise reduction on. The mount was a EQ6. The camera was piggybacked on a ED80mm Pro.I used the Ed80 to guide with. I cropped the image .and did some processing in CS3. Reguard's Tony
Not a bad effort Tony, this one a bugger to image at the best of times, especially with that bright core, you have done very well indeed.

Yeah - nice composition Tony. That 500 has just about an ideal FOV here for the area imaged. :thumbsup:

I would like to make a correction Here The Tele. lens The Optics in the lens I measured roughly with a Ruler are about 60mm not 72mm on the Lens cell There is a Circle with a Slash through it with72next to it but that is a filter size to scerw into the top of the lens..So the tamron lens is 500X60.Reguard's Tony
