I've just acquired a used Manfrotto tripod so I need to sell my Slik. It's in very good condition with only light signs of use. Has two quick release plates (if I can find the second one).
The head is built in and not removable. It's a standard three-way pan and tilt. Note that I haven't got a head for my Manfrotto yet, so this one won't be available until January.
I've travelled tound the world with this tripod in my luggage and used it to carry an 80mm scope. It's a good compromise between weight and stability. I've also used it extensivly for photography, including lunar eclipse photos using a 400mm lens and 1.4x teleconverter, so it's pretty stable. If you're into Manfrotto, this would be pretty similar in size/weight to the 190, but the Manfrotto comes without a head.
Photos to follow, although it's the same as the current model. Mine is a few years old now.
New price for this tripod is around $160. Asking for $95 ono.
Cheers
