Sorry Mike I have to agree.
I reckon the best view is through the scope with the 12mm T4 Nag. :)

I agree. Best views of globs have always been at the eyepiece of a large scope at high mag. Our eye just has a much wider dynamic range to capture all the intricacies of the object.
