Guys,
I'm offering my Coronado SolarMax SM40 Ha filter/ Tmax adjuster/BF5 solar filter. This system is MUCH superior to the PST and gives cleaner, brighter solar images. No "sweet spot" problems.
Can be double stacked on a PST to bring the Ha resolution down to 0.5A ( great for surface detail!) or used on any scope with the appropriate adaptor. I'll throw in an 125mm adaptor which will fit most 80mm refractors ( fits my ED80). Comes with the original Coronado hard storage case etc.
Hand carried back to Melbourne, Oz in January 2009, so little likely hood of transit damage.
Price: Ex Melbourne $1200 (or, if you just can't wait; can post Ex-UK at cost)
( Reason for sale: just bought an SM60 - got caught on exchange with the falling GBP!)
Also,
A full, 5 filter (LRGB +I ) 1.25" Tru-Technology filter set, as new condition.
Either $140 plus postage Ex-UK, or Ex-Melbourne in Jan.
