Dark energy space craft?

This seems speculative and I would love to see how they got the idea so far down the road.

Interesting find, Alex!

It seems quite fanciful to be thinking about using dark energy when no one can be sure it even exists let alone what it might be. Still, doesn't hurt to exercise the imagination!

If the article indicates anything at all it is that my speculations upon gravity are somewhat tame and asking for a smaller leap of faith than stuff like this:shrug:....
Still this is not as wild as using black holes for time travel or worm holes to flick around the Universe;)...
