M33 - Canon 20D modded, WO 0.8 FR and Orion ED80, ICNR. 3x600sec @ ISO800. Autoguided with TV Guider through the hand paddle port on my GM-8 mount (digital drive).

Unfortunately I had some AC battery probs so I was only able to manage 3 shots before the fog rolled in, hence the noise trying to stretch it. Even so I'm happy with it for only three shots. Aligned and stacked in IP, post processing in PS. I'll have to try dithering the image next time and then using median combine to deal with the hot/coloured pixels.

Thanks fellas. The way I'm going with 2 subs last year at Duckadang, 3 subs this year at Cambroon, maybe by 2012 I'll have enough subs to really do some work with it.
Well you know what to do Dave :evil2::wink2::evil:

Nice image Paul.. Maybe just my screen but it looks a little overexposed.

It does look a tad overexposed Doug on one of my monitors Doug but not on the one I use to process. I've been putting off calibrating my monitors but its time to do it.

It never ceases to amaze me what that little ED80 can capture.
Well done Paul, that's come up a treat.

I highly recommend having monitors calibrated, I was shocked at the difference it makes and when I look at some of my old pics I can see the difference now.
I wish I had done it ages ago.
