Hi all, This is my 2nd night of narrowband imaging. Could do with more data but I'm happy with the results so far. Colour mapped like Hubble.
Ha=11 X 900, S11 and O111 both 8 X 900.
Pushed the blue channel a bit.

Have included the Ha channel in negative to high light all of the nebulosity.
All feedback welcome.

That's a beautiful Tarantula! I love the detail you've got in the outer dust clouds. Very well done indeed.

Cheers,

A very nice image. The whispy nebulosity has shown up very well.

Thanks for sharing with us all.

Nice narrow-band Ken.
Seems like everything came together for this one. Nice colour, great focus and plenty of detail.:P
Well done:D.

Excellent Kenny

I love wide field Ha images of the Tarantula region, they remind me of deep UK Schmidt plates done with red sensitive emulsion from the 80's. Hard to imagine that mere amateurs with ordinary equipment can do quite similar and rather easily from suburban skies now.

Beautiful widefield. That Hubble palette really brings it together nicely.
