It is sorted by best viewing time and contains 222 deep sky objects.

so the North American neb will be about 11 deg above the horizon..wonder if its a possibilty-never seen this object before, not that I havent tried

It is easy if you use a low power eyepiece and an OIII or UHC filter.
You have to follow the "American" coast around as it is too big to fit in one field.
I have seen in with 20x80 binoculars, a 10" and a 16" recently.

Thanks Doug and Petra, SkyMapPro is good for planning.
It gives the best time to see an object, the altitude and the azimuth, from the end of twilight to the start of twilight.
You can set magnitude limits for each type of object and the minimum altitude for all DSO.
