morning all
i took a couple of cloud shots this morning
no 2 was taken at manual shooting
ISO 100
Shutter Speed 1/200
On Tripod
Exposure Compensation -1
AV (Aperture Value) 14.0
Vivid Colors Setting
No 1
Full Auto Mode :)

tried the moon as well they didnt turn out as well

Did you do the moon shots handheld or on a tripod?
What settings did you use?
Post your moon shot, I'd love to have a looksee.

i did those shots all on a tripod except for the clouds
ive deleted the ones that were out of focus for some reason
1st one Manual Mode
vivid colors
shutter speed 1/40
aperture value 5.5
ISO 80
focal length 23.2mm
exposure compensation -1
white balance was on auto
digital zoom at x4.0
2nd photo was taken the same but at a x1.6 digital zoom
i really dont know why these turned out and the others didnt :) ?
i will have to create an other folder and stick all the flops in :)

Hi John, love the cloud formations. It looks to me that the auto settings provide the better shot?

yes i think so too
shouldnt have used the vivid colors option in the manual shot me thinks :)
