Clear skies in Brisbane tonight?

There are thunderstorm clouds heading for Brisbane as I write. :doh:

Is it too much to hope that they'll just roll straight on over and leave tonight's sky clear?

Does that happen? :shrug:

A very good chance I believe, but I guess you're in the West, as I am, and it may develop into something rather more sinister. Look at BOM, there is a "Very Dangerous Thunderstorm" brewing at the moment.

Hmmmm, I think you might be right ... that cloud patch on the satellite just keeps getting bigger and bigger. Looks like we'll be looking at hail stones instead of stars tonight. :(
