Took the plunge and bought myself the Tokina 11-16mm F2.8 wideangle for my Canon 40D.
I'm really pleased with it. It's great to have the width and the sharpness is excellent! I did some direct comparisons witht the Sigma 10-20 and this was significantly sharper especially away from the centre. There is more Chromatic abberation with the Tokina, but only of very high contrast edges and even then you have to crop down to 100% to notice.
I took the lens down along the Brisbane River for a lunchtime shoot. Here's a selection from a dozen or so shots taken.
