I'm pretty local, as my forum name suggests. In Lismore Heights. Glen lives in North Casino, about 20 mins away. Graham is in Ballina. Rob is in Coombell between Casino and Grafton. All these guys are pretty experienced observers. They try to arrange get togethers around new moon time. I haven't been on this forum for long, and have been away from astronomy for a long time. Still trying to recover long lost skills. Drop into the northern rivers section and post a quick hello.
