Interesting technology for technology's sake I fear, but nontheless an different direction in development. You have to congratlate people for trying new things.

Gave it a spin Chris. Got potential but needs a fairly fast puter and hi speed broadband. Could be greedy on broadband allocation too, but not sure about that. Doubt if what we laughingly call "broadband" in Aus will handle it to its full potential (unless your on really hi speed and live next door to the exchange in a big city) :) Hell, we can't even get ADSL2 here unless we're with Bigpong.

It sounds like a fascinating concept from the article but i'm still on prehistoric dialup for the moment.
I could drive to Alpha Centauri faster than my download times.:rofl:

P.S. Here is a much better demo video from the makers. I've installed the programme and
tried a few web sites including IIS and the graphics are "poor" just another toy.
