After a google-search I found this (http://nedwww.ipac.caltech.edu/forms/byname.html), which I think is the same site? Did they change the page name on you I wonder?

Randall, I had to remove the www from the URL... then it worked.

So it then reads http://ned.ipac.caltech.edu/forms/SearchRefsByObjectName.html
